I understand that often people don’t realize they’ve made a mistake by micromanaging everything and everyone until it’s too late. They did so because they made one crucial mistake from the very beginning - they hired people they didn’t feel they could truly trust to run their business. 

While looking for a freelancer online, you could definitely hire someone for $5/hr who will effectively complete their assigned tasks.

My background in the ‘offline world’ is in customer service; and though I loved the aspects of my previous work, my motivation extends far beyond the four walls of an office space. Therefore, as a freelancer I aim to bring the skill I have learned from working for some of the most successful customer service based companies all over the world to my work online.
