Profile Description

  My background has given me hands-on experience in Technical Support for 9 years and even got promoted to Manager. I've been through both Inbound and outbound calls, Chat support, Email support, and Sales. These are the positions and deliverables I acquired during my stay;

Customer Service/Technical Support Representative - Inbound/outbound calls, Chat, E-mail, and Upgrade to see actual infonior Technical Support - Escalation (lvl2 troubleshooting), Lab activities, case replication for the team, technical training within the team.

Technical Trainer - Training the newly hired employees with Networking, Product, Different OS navigation, Proper Troubleshooting/Probing, etc.- Ensure the quality of people being deployed to the operations.

Team Manager - Training and educating my people with "Everything", such as Customer service, Technical knowledge, Call handling, Positive scripting, Communication skills, Sales performance, mentoring/coaching, and proper work ethics.- 

Admin tasks (HR/employee-related), daily performance reports, corrective action plans, and monthly client reporting.

Business network setup, Our Sales program covers all networking devices such as Printers, gaming consoles, VOIP, security cameras, NAS, etc.

Virtual Assistant-Inbound calls, take calls from Caregivers, Clients/Family and provide assistance or escalate cases as needed-Creating tasks/reports for each concern or help needed from each picked -up cases-Workforce coverage
