I began my career in the BPO industry in 2010. Over the years, I've worked my way up from a Customer Service Representative to a Subject Matter Expert. I am highly adaptive and always eager to learn new skills. My proven track record of achievements demonstrates my ability to contribute significantly to your company if given the opportunity. In 2020, I transitioned to working as a virtual assistant, starting as an E-commerce customer service agent and eventually being promoted to the role of purchasing manager. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated that I am a strong team player, focused on delivering results and achieving goals. I have worked with various tools and software, including Shopify, Zendesk, Trello, Salesforce, Gorgias, and Netsuite.
