Profile Description

I keep myself calm and focused in multi tasking while being patient. I am good at collecting information needed for the job, for 2 years as a secretary I was tasked with managing the executive’s meeting, schedules, emails and also
overseeing the progress for each order and made sure there were no mistakes or damage that will impact the overall quality of the products. I proactively sought out cost strategies to help manage expenses in many different ways such as dealing with our raw materials supplier and trying to source out other competitive suppliers that will give a better deal. I'm proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, I can also edit videos if needed.
