Hi, I'm Manny! A Healthcare Admin and Medical Billing specialist with over 3 years of hands-on experience supporting U.S. healthcare clients remotely.

My core work revolves around the things that keep a practice running accurately behind the scenes. Insurance verification, eligibility and benefits checks, prior authorizations, claims submission and follow-up, denial management, and EOB reading. I know how to navigate insurance portals, make direct calls with payers on behalf of patients and providers, and document everything in a way that holds up when it needs to.

I recently completed my Medical Billing certification through Premier Medical Billing Academy, covering the full revenue cycle including SimplePractice, Tebra, and Jane App. I am also HIPAA certified.

Outside of billing and insurance, I have supported executives and operations teams with email management, scheduling, invoicing, vendor coordination, and project tracking using ClickUp, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.

On the marketing side I have experience with social media management through Sprout Social, content scheduling across LinkedIn and multiple social media platforms, and content creation using Canva and CapCut.
