I’ve spent over 12 years in the BPO industry—seven of those as a Team Leader—which means I don’t just check off tasks; I understand the bigger picture of how a business actually scales.
In my previous role, I managed teams of up to 20 people, handling everything from workflow optimization to personnel coaching and retention. This experience has made me a problem-solver who can take over your administrative and coordination needs so you can stay focused on high-level strategy.
I’m already very comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office, and I am currently studying and mastering other important tools as a VA like CRMs, Notion, and more, as I am pivoting to a full remote setup.
I am fully remote ready as I have been working from home since the pandemic. I have a fast laptop, my own working space, high-speed internet with a backup connection.
I’m looking for a long-term partnership and am available to start immediately. My current rate is between $5 and $7 per hour, though I’m happy to discuss a fixed monthly retainer depending on what you need. I’m also fully flexible with my schedule to match your time zone for real-time collaboration.
