Profile Description

I am involved in social media marketing and the end-to-end process of selecting, testing, and recruiting Resident Doctors. My responsibilities include timekeeping, assisting with payroll, and facilitating monthly Lay Fora for various Internal Medicine specialties such as Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Infectious Disease. I also oversee the benefits, accommodations, and incentives of Resident Doctors, manage the department’s financial transactions, and provide support in planning and executing departmental events, gatherings, and marketing initiatives.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and as a licensed Psychometrician, I bring a strong foundation in psychological assessment and a deep understanding of human behavior to my role. I am also currently part of the Recruitment Department, where I handle the hiring, sourcing, and selection of applicants for a Japanese agency.
