Profile Description

I have an experience working with a Short -term rental company where I worked as an operations manager. My day to day tasks revolved around guest communication, liasing with cleaners, contractors, staff members, property managers, and landlorda. Although, we value higher levels of contributions to sales and marketing as well as process improvement. I developed my skill in generating reports and creating trackers.I was also employed in a BPO company for 4 years since 2019 where I work as a Team Leader of 15 agents. I handle coaching sessions, QA audits, supervisor/manager level emails, business reports with the clients, and any other tasks given by our Operations and Project Manager. I started off as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years before.Aside from these, I was also a part timer as a tutor and content writer back when I was still in College. I have decent English writing and verbal skills, I have a background for some tools like Zendesk and SalesForce. I am familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, and PowerPoint. I have a fast typing skill as well. Lastly, I am very eager to learn new things.
