Profile Description

I am hardworking, reliable, fast learner and willing to learn new things. I have a 5 year BPO experience, I have developed skills which I believe that can be a benefit for this position. I started in Ebusiness BPO as an outbound sales agent for 6 months then was moved to another account as a customer service representative for a Costume Company in the US and Taxi cab service in Chicago. Then, I was hired in The Results Companies as a customer service representative for Sirius Xm. I handled Billing enquiries, technical issues, basic customer enquiries and sales. After working for a year and half in The Results Companies, I later applied in Teleperformance as a Telstra technical representative. I'd really describe myself as a person with a versatile skill-set, a lot of integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer.
