And also I have an experience in different types of loans such as Purchasing, Refinance, SMSF, Construction loan, Multiple guarantors, Cash out and Bridging loan.
- Process mortgage loan applications in Applyonline
- Update the status of the client for every action performed.
- Perform pricing and repricing discounts in various lenders
- Order a valuation
- Generating Credit Reports in Equifax
- Product Comparison
- Review loan documents and application materials for accuracy and completeness, including verifying income and assets.
- Follow up with lenders on SLA's
- Calculate funding positions
