Hello there! First and foremost, I want to share my beliefs. I believe that God blesses those who persevere, that everything happens for a reason, and that the Lord will bring me the right clients to help me further develop my skills. I enjoy learning new tools and finding effective ways to communicate online. I have completed a self-paced online training course in Social Media Management (SMM) and from that training I develop my skills in Canva, ChatGPT, Google Drive, and Google Workspace. And in my previous job, one of my responsibilities was managing the monthly inventory and sending reports via email, which helped me develop strong organization, accuracy, and clear written communication skills. Through this, I’ve also developed an interest in email and chat support roles, where I can assist customers, provide helpful responses, and ensure smooth communication. I am eager to continue learning, willing to undergo training, and excited to grow my skills while contributing positively to my client.
