My top goal at work is to provide exceptional customer service. Being in the retail industry for almost 15 years made me more sensible about our customers' needs. Ensured that they had a delightful shopping experience by having our variety of products available and offered them an extra mile of service for an excellent customer engagement that led to a sustainable business.

A comprehensive understanding of a company's products or services leads to effective communication, addressing customer needs, handling complaints, and sales growth. That is why I always make sure that I provide accurate information about our products to our customers. Working in a hypermarket, I attained a deep understanding of our product features, benefits, application or use cases, and support needs.

I can manage emails and organize google drive files. I've tried using google sheets and create forms.

I can work with basic Microsoft Applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. In my previous job, I was given the task on monitoring the rental assets of our various suppliers in the store by promptly checking the emails from our merchandising team. Consolidate in an Excel file for a monthly report.

I have tried to create and build a Shopify store for my training project. I've learned product research and listings, Title and description optimization, back link building, drop shipping and SEO.

I am on of the volunteers in the Real Estate Department here in our Region of our Religious organization, Jehovah's Witnesses in the Philippine branch. We look for a property (raw land or real property) to acquire or lease suitable for a construction of a dignified meeting places. We ensure that we comply all the necessary requirements needed by the local governments from the phase of acquisition to he occupancy of the new property such as Land Title, Tax Declaration and Tax Clearance, Vicinity map, Zoning certificate, certificate of no improvement, Road right of way, etc. We kindly coordinates with local government offices to fully meet with the requirements needed.
