Profile Description

Experienced Customer Service Representative for 6 years in a BPO company here in the Philippines. I worked with USA based Telco account for 2 years. We assist customers in activating their phones, includes basic troubleshooting and with topping up their accounts. After that, I was transferred to a Financial Account and we assist customers in checking their balance, balance transfers and check request. My last account was with billing and collections of a USA based Telco company. My responsibilities include processing payments, collections, and Bill explanations. I was able to address all my customers concerns empathetically and professionally and leaving smiles on their faces. I was promoted and became a Quality Assurance Analyst.
Being an analyst I became proficient in using Microsoft office tools andUpgrade to see actual info management since we are using it in a daily basis. Because of these experiences, I was able to improve my interpersonal and communication skills. I am a patient and optimistic person. I am willing to be trained and is eager to learn new things to improve my skills and help you with your business. I believe that no work could be difficult to a person who is patient, has perseverance and a willingness to learn attitude.
