Profile Description

I'm Psychology Graduate currently working as an Administrator for an Australian company where I communicate with customers through phone calls and emails, handle their concerns and schedule jobs as well as day-to-day quotes. I also oversee various tasks such as processing of invoices, data entry, data keeping and other ad hoc tasks.

Prior to that, I worked as an Operations Executive for a Singaporean tech company where I managed and updated the company's databases timely, kept track of our sales team's KPI, handled emails and website submissions and provided administrative support to other departments as needed.

I also dabble in art from time to time. :)
