Profile Description

I've been working at the BPO industry for more than 5 years now and I have mastered on how to engage clients and empathize in their issue and also at the same time making sure this gets resolved. I love building rapport and great connection with my clients that will help out in making a positive impact on the company or business i would work for in the near future, I also have experience in the following tools Microsoft Excel, Siebel, SAP, Skype and i am quick and adaptable in learning tools at the most efficient manner. I have dealt with frustrated clients and i was able to turn around their experience by understanding where they are coming from and also using the tools to help out and to get their issues resolved. I want a long-term, stable job where i can make a positive impact not only on the clients but most importantly on the business.
