Project Engineer

- Provide accurate and competitive quantity take-offs for every scope of work and civil works on different projects utilizing different softwares for markups (Bluebeam, Planswift, Buildxact, BuilderTrend, JobTread, Wunderbuild) - Doing cost analysis by developing and maintaining unit rates for labor, and materials. Also, reaching to different subtrades, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate and competitive quotes. - Rendered clear, itemized, and accurate Bill of Quantities on every project.

Also, reaching to different subtrades, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate and competitive quotes. - Rendered clear, itemized, and accurate Bill of Quantities on every project.

- Provided quantity take-offs for every scope of works through Bluebeam, and Excel for the cost estimation whilst focusing on having accurate and bid-worthy estimates to ensure projects be earned. - Attended pre-bidding process and site visits for the prospect project which includes inspection for land development, possible additional costs, and was awarded as the contractor/builder for the project. - Supervised and led the construction for multiple projects; 4-storey commercial building, and 2-storey high-end residential building. Took part on problem solving, managing risks and hazards, and addressing complex challenges in a site that differs from the plan; handling over 50 different workers per site which I handle 2 sites currently. - Conducted daily site inspections – that yields an efficient workforce, ensures safety, and proper project advancements. - Created PERT-CPM in order to provide an actual overview of progress guide which helped monitor and ensuring that works and schedules should be done earlier or on time.

Supervised and led the construction for multiple projects; 4-storey commercial building, and 2-storey high-end residential building. Took part on problem solving, managing risks and hazards, and addressing complex challenges in a site that differs from the plan. Handling over 50 different workers per site. Provided quantity take-offs for footing rebars, pedestals, columns, and beams, manually and through Excel. Conducted daily site inspections – that yields an efficient workforce, ensures safety, and proper project advancements. Addressed changes based on clients wants and provided options that helped them achieve their desired designs but also cost efficient.
