Customer Service Associate/ Data Entry/Virtual Assistant

Due to sudden changes in BPO industry which is quite pretty normal due to business needs, I have been part of Back Office that takes care of follow-ups and inquiry and respond via email and chat.

I worked in a BPO company then transition to freelancing recently which I handled customer service role like voice and non-voice support. Virtually assisting clients or customers and resolving their concerns from inquiry to troubleshooting and appointment setting.

Tracking the booked appointments in G Sheets or Excel. Transferring raw details or information and keeping record of it as Excel file. Keep track of progress report of metrics like sales, transfers, upgrades and other work-related data.

With the help of different apps used in uploading pictures and videos, I love managing my social media accounts.

When I was part of the back office team we communicated via email and outbound calls especially when a client is working, they usually preferred email communication that way they wont missed an update or request of information needed for in investigation. Also, for creating tickets and communication with other departments, email is very important as a soft copy or proof of relayed information.

I been working with setting an appointment for an installation of residential services and internal transfers in a BPO industry. Moreover, I worked as an Appointment Setter for a US-based company that offers services for business owners and consumers as well. Outbound calls, email follow-ups and even via SMS are forms of communication. With Appointment Setting, we update and keep track of appointment set details or information for record-keeping purposes. Then do follow-ups and left voicemail when necessary.
