Profile Description

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Expert in online researching, skip tracing and lead generation, lead pulling for Foreclosure and Probate cases (OSCN), skip tracing and target market strategizing / Look up both home owners' and possible buyers' contact records- Website and social media management- Overall setup of tools, upload and update both buyer and seller leads (Podio, Mojo, Roor, Call Rail, Skype, Constant Contact, and other tools for Text, RVM and Email Campaigns)- Accepting incoming calls and overall home owner/buyer support- Set up appointments and follow-ups accordingly- Cold Calling, texting, emailing, Overall lead management- Market Analysis of the property (Real Estate websites and MLS use), possible ARV and wholesale, wholetail, retail value and/or offer- Contact assessor's office or check website for home owner's details (liens, taxes, mortgage info, etc) and MLS for any helpful info about the home mortgage or property history- Sales closing / Offer negotiations- Drafting of both Sales Contracts, MLS Offers and Assignment Contracts to seller/buyers through Docusign- Coordinating with title company and Seller during the whole closing process.
