I have spent the last six years developing my skills as a customer service expert and as an outbound sales agent , where I have to meet sales metrics and quotas.
I’m a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment so right now I’m looking for an opportunity to leverage my skills and experience.
I worked for two years/ as an outbound sales representative selling compliance posters and programs in all states of the USA. Rejection was the name of the game in that industry. But I took at rejection as an opportunity to learn and improve my sales technique.
Even though market conditions weren't ideal, I was able to find new sales strategies and techniques to help me maintain my momentum.
Ive also worked for two years as an customer sevice specialist selling Onstar services provided by General MOTORS in the US. The sales experience that I had with my team was to ensure excellent
customer service and maintained a professional, relaxed approach to close a sale in every call.
In this campaign, good customer service always elevated the organization, while bad customer service can really set back the company’s reputation and profits.
I think that it is very crucial to commit ourselves to learn every single day.
The success that I had in sales was because of the ability to be concise, creative and compelling.
I convey exactly what the services and the products offer. I know that fake promises and wrong commitments
lead to problems and confusions later on. So, Transparency is essential for a long term relationship with the customers, so I ensure to avoid telling lies to them.
My personal philosophy is that good salesmanship always means good business.
