Profile Description

I have been an Outbound Call Agent who does Lead Generation, Appointment Setting and of course Sales (one of the top-sellers).
I have been in two (3) BPO firms here in Davao and been into different accounts, both B2B and B2C. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for different companies and did various admin and VA tasks such as Online Research, Transcription, Data Entry, Basic Photo Editing,  and others.
I also love to explore and learn new things which will contribute for my growth in this industry. 
I am competitive but also a good team player.
I also had knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Google Suit, Microsoft Word, and Office, basic Graphic Design and CRM Management.
A versatile type of employee and always does my best in everything that I do.
