Facilitates recruitment, selection, and placement of personnel. Serve as advisor and mentor, guiding graduate students through the research process—from developing proposals to conducting studies, analyzing data, and writing theses or dissertations. I help and collaborate with students develop professional research skills, ethical standards, and scholarly communication abilities.

I have managed administrative tasks, duties, and responsibilities in government roles for the past 30 years, including leading teams, managing meetings, personnel matters, secretarial duties, and preparing manuals of operations. I also conduct lectures and speak on topics such as records management and best practices, governance, and leadership. I am also a Faculty at the Graduate School on the discipline of Public Administration.
