AI Automation & CRM Workflow Builder

I help businesses build and improve automation systems using GoHighLevel, Make, Zapier, webhooks, APIs, Google Workspace, Airtable, and AI tools.

My recent work includes building CRM workflows for lead intake, AI lead scoring, pipeline updates, appointment tracking, follow-up automation, onboarding, tags, custom fields, and basic error handling. I focus on creating systems that help businesses respond to leads faster, reduce manual work, and keep their workflow organized.

I am strongest right now in Make and GoHighLevel, with hands-on experience in Zapier, Google Sheets, Gmail, forms, webhooks, and HTTP/API modules. I am also continuously improving my skills in AI automation and CRM operations.

Before shifting into automation, I worked as a licensed Mechanical Engineer in production engineering, where I handled process improvement, machine setup, documentation, troubleshooting, and system standardization. This helped me develop a structured and detail-oriented approach when building workflows.
