That includes making recommendations or “Quality Assurance Comments” as necessary; Making recommendations for training as applicable; Analyzing the processes and procedures used in patient care and ensuring all patients receive care based on these standards.
The job has provided me with more understanding on how to use and operate MS office programs and navigate different EMRs used by the agency (Devero, Kinnser, Axxess, Datasoft logic).
