I worked 2 years as a customer service representative and technical support for Barnes and Noble in the US. Then, I got promoted to Workforce Management for 2 years wherein I create reports of different Line Of Businesses and handle System Outages that our company has worldwide.After that, I worked with 2 Real Estate Teams from 2 different States in the US with a bit of variety when it comes to the tasks given to me. My tasks are mainly Transaction Coordination and Social Media Marketing. I know Photoshop pretty well and do video editing, too. These skills are important in overall Marketing along with Website Management and Blogging. I'm also well rounded with MS office tools and I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others.
I did alot of documents management through google drive and make use of Excel very efficiently to keep track of records. I am a dedicated person who works hard and pays attention to detail.
