Profile Description

I've been working on an outsourcing company for a couple of years. My skills are enhance when provide customer service is concern as i have work with different type of people all across the worlds.
As my previous job as an iUpgrade to see actual info lifecycle coordinator. Most of the time i do a lot of reporting for the data that is gathered from the metrics of operation.
I turn then into reports that are innovative to them and provide them the status of their current stand on their performance and provide them futuristic project that help them improve in providing service to clients.
I am very good in excel reporting and creation of template as long s i have the data and the end in mind we want to achieve.
I am very innovative and very keen into details when it comes to work. When we talk about numbers i make sure i have the exact numbers that are expected.
In my Current job as Project management, this role requires me to be advance when it comes to my Communication skills as i talk direct to engr. and ensure that project are well planned and executed in the timeline that i have provided.
Organization skills, i ensure that we follow a timeline that is attainable in order to gather strategical results.
Problem solving skills.I ensure that we anticipate problems may arise and be persistent with communication. Be able to reach out to proper people within the company to collect the info needed to find resolution or improve the situation we have - if it has not been provided by the such.
Follow-through skills: i am very proactive in speaking with all engineers and complete time entry -several times a day.
In addition to that i can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. As mention i provide timelines to what specific task that needs to be done.
I have
an innate sense of how to ask the right questions, and capture tasks, time, tickets and all requirements in real-time.
Very much process oriented, highly organized, and pay close attention to Upgrade to see actual infon follow processes and contribute to their improvement.
And of course very enthusiastic about their work; always able to drive projects to completion and take pride in achieving successful outcomes. Im a happy pill to the company.
I believe and is confident that i have an outstanding communication and writing skills.
My mantra in working is being Responsible, Providing integrity to everyone i mean everyone. and lastly being accountable not only to the task that was given to you but also in representing the company as well.

Job Description:
 
•             Manages project team *Maximun of 20
Projects.
•             Work with Project Manager and
Project team to define scope of translation project and set up a project plan,.
Ensuring that proper scope and responsibility is discussed and can be delivered
based on SOW and CR.
•             Coordinate timeline of the entire
project based on the planning towards the closure of the project.
•             Ensuring that proper communication
is cascaded to the each member of the project team. 
•             Manages project financials.
•             Supports early qualification and
opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities if possible created
best practices based on the lesson learned from the project, CSAT scores.
•             Provides detail performance review
input and development recommendations for Project Managers.
•             Demonstrates an in-depth
understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and
methodologies applicable to project management.
•             Speaks with authority to most
layers of depth related to project management methods.
•             Makes use of and contributes to the
company's PM Professions community.
•             Responsible to oversee the end to
end initiation, planning, implementation, tracking and monitoring activities of
the project with personal accountability and ownership.
•             Ensure that deliverables are
implemented based on the SOW.
•             Ensure that Billing milestone are
on track base on the deliverables as well.
•             Weekly management call are updated
towards the current status of the project (GREEN, AMBER RED)
•             Facilitates closure checklist of
the project from its Last Key Deliverables, Final CSAT, Billing Milestone,
Lesson Learned and Final Closure sign off.
•             Manages 20 Projects at the same
time.
•             Ensure that Project Onboarding is
executed on a timely manner to client.
