Hi my name is ---------- . I have several years of experience in the BPO industry, where I worked in both sales and customer service roles. I started as a Customer Service Representative for a sales account, helping customers with their concerns while also meeting sales goals. Later on, I worked as a Support Ambassador for Airbnb, where I assisted both hosts and guests with various issues, from booking concerns to account support. These roles taught me how to handle difficult situations calmly, communicate clearly, and provide helpful, friendly service. I'm comfortable working in fast-paced environments and enjoy finding solutions that work for everyone. Furthermore, I have 2 months of experience working as a virtual assistant as a Property manager or a Co-Host in an Airbnb platform base in US.

Although I am no longer directly affiliated with Airbnb, I am looking for continuous clients to serve.

I am available to work at any work schedule. My services encompass a range of duties, including but not limited to:

I am proficient in using various tools such as Slack, WhatsApp, Google, Hospitable, Open phone, Breezeway and Microsoft. I am also quick to learn new tools that your organization may utilize. I eagerly await your response.
