• Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers (i.e. physician offices, clinics) and identify the type of assistance the provider needs (EG. benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits)
• Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide appropriate response to caller
• Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff
• Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends

Facilitates effective learning solutions by crafting plans based on adult learning theory and creating a dynamic, interactive environment. Identifies the learning needs within assigned business units while fostering professional, collaborative relationships with unit leaders. Develops and implements a learning curriculum that aligns with current trends and best practices. Utilizes both internal and external resources as needed to achieve objectives. Works closely with the training team to assess, design, develop, and maintain training solutions and their components. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the learning curriculum through various assessment methods, including individual performance evaluations. Provides reports to the business area and training management.
