Profile Description

Worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Travel Account. I used to provide real-time responses on customer’s inquiries about their Hotel reservation. I was once a Subject Matter Expert for the same campaign, doing QA audits and giving necessary feedback to our Immediate Superior for coaching purposes. Prior to this, I was also a Customer Service Representative, for a Food Delivery service, taking outbound calls for food orders. I was able to build rapport with customers and resolve any issues that may arise. Furthermore, I was previously a Content Moderator for a famous dating website, flagging inappropriate photos as deemed necessary based on the Guidelines sent by the Client. I am looking for a part time / full time job in your company. I am a committed person to any tasks, known to not just meet but exceed minimum expectations because I have this very strong drive for excellence.
