They are also expected to meet daily call targets and contribute to overall lead generation and sales goals.

The role includes extracting and verifying contact details, organizing lead lists for outreach, and handling LinkedIn prospecting activities such as sending connection and follow-up messages. The specialist maintains accurate lead databases, tracks performance, and regularly reports results while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support campaign goals.
