My journey began as a customer service representative at a US financial institution, where I engaged for 3 years in tasks like addressing inquiries about customers' bank accounts, explaining transactions, and processing refunds for bank fees. Following this, I transitioned into a role as a chat-based technical support agent for a computer Upgrade to see actual info this capacity, I assisted customers facing issues with their Windows OS, conducting a range of troubleshooting activities including addressing slow connectivity, system slowness, malware and viruses, OS resets and installations, and hardware-related problem resolution. My responsibilities encompassed tasks such as password resets, basic computer troubleshooting, user management, and updating group policies. I also handled Outlook troubleshooting remotely through tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and Zoho Assist, even on mobile devices. Upon being promoted to level 2, I took on the responsibility of managing VOIP and technician dispatch ticketing. I then embarked on a new role with another company, functioning as a chat and email support agent for a business-focused cloud application. This involved addressing issues at both level 1 and level 2, such as guiding users through the application and providing fundamental and advanced troubleshooting for various features including inventory management, sales analytics dashboards, appointment scheduling, and payroll.
