Profile Description

I have  good experience as a Real Estate virtual assistant, In my previous job as an Acquisition Specialist, my task includes administrative, acquisitions which I specialize in Customer Relations Management ; from cold reach out to prospective leads, nurturing relationships and building rapport to establish credibility and trust, all while overcoming objections by answering questions with transparency and staying where both the company and the client are gaining benefits.
I also market our acquired properties, sending out marketing materials in different marketing channels; email, texts, and even cold calling buyers in our list.
These previous work experiences makes me a good fit to becoming a virtual assistant fit to any task given as I also take time to learn about the things I lack knowledge about.  I also have significant amount working experience as a Management Coordinator handling two properties with almost 300 units; which honed my organizational skills and becoming more detail-oriented, and especially my customer service skills for talking to people, tenants and vendors plays an important part of the job.
