In charge of mediation, assistance regarding checking-in, policy and procedures.

Worked for United Airlines for 1 year and 8 months, equipped with knowledge on how Airlines as a company functions.

(Main role is to plan the Crew Entertainment on a weekly Upgrade to see actual info charge of organizing Shore Excursion Tours. Handling minor trainings when needed. Liaising with different Heads of Department in order to plan, promote and prepare the events effectively until closing. Assigned to make news articles to promote the ships across the fleet. Taking charge of the Crew Club Meeting and recording the minutes. Duly submit Monthly Report and Inventory directly to Human Resources Manager. Making sure that the Crew Satisfaction Rating every month onboard is being met.)

(West Contact Services is an Outsourcing Call Center in the Philippines that handles different account’s in the US. I was assigned to handle Activation, Billing and Technical Support (Customer Service). Activation Department is responsible for starting the cellular service. Billing Department handle calls that are related to the monthly bills of the customer, discussing the breakdown of charges and collection of credit card for payment. Technical Support handle calls related to call, text and internet service, assessment of problem is being dealt over the phone as well.)
