Purchasing Officer/ CS Specialist/ Logistics/Book keeper

September 2019- July 2023 I was the Procurement Officer for an Australia based company. This company is related with construction industry wherein we are a major supplier for office partition system and other construction related hardware. I am the main responsible for procuring on-demand items that our customers are requiring. I am working hand-in-hand with our customer service and sales people to make sure that I am buying the right item with correct specifications, high quality, available quantity but on a minimal cost, at the same time I also procure our stock items mainly coming from Malaysia, Indonesia, China and other local suppliers all over Australia. April 2018 - September 2018 I worked for a multi-national tire manufacturing company where I gained my 10 years work experience wherein I am most responsible in planning and buying raw materials used to produce high standard quality of tires. I normally dealt with international suppliers such as companies coming from South East Asia, Europe and even USA. I am as well responsible for making sure that these materials will arrive on time and avoid production stoppage due to lack of raw materials. I as well run my weekly and monthly reports and present it to our upper heads to check how stable our materials are specially for those seasons wherein orders of tires are on its highest demands.

July 2023 - Present Key Account Manager-Admin role. Still with the same company, I got a lateral promotion from being in purchasing to part of sales team. With this new role, I am working in partnership with or KAMs making sure that we are getting leads and winning new projects from our key customers. Immediately answering their queries from material pricing to order placing. Making sure that every orders are treated with priority, will deliver on time and with high quality and perfect service.

To be honest I am just starting to venture on this career, But I am really very keen to learn accounting jobs like book keeping/ Accounts Receivables or Payables or anything the is related, though accounting is really not new as I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and I had a chance to work as FA- assistant for 6 months. As starters I made sure to obtain my Quick books and payroll certificates as well as xero.
