I have a proven ability to manage high-volume workloads, handling 60–70 service tickets daily while consistently meeting SLA targets. I excel at resolving customer and vendor concerns professionally, processing invoices accurately, maintaining organized records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

I work with the following tools: Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, SAP, Service Snow, Readsoft,Canva, Capcut, Chat GPT and Gemini AI
