Profile Description

My experiences include working for a firm in the Recognition of Prior Learning sector located in Australia. I am assigned in collating all the necessary paperwork and requirements each student needs during the enrolment process. I have also worked in a Migration Office as an admin assistant. I do data entry, internet research and administration of mailing list. I also worked in a Medical Billing Office and Dental Billing Office. I request prior authorisation for medical procedures and verify insurance eligibility and coverage. I was also trained for Accounts Receivable and Statements. I help the office check and follow up the status of the unpaid claims and figure out how the insurance can process and pay it. Prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant, I used to worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare Insurance Company and a Life Insurance Company for 9 years. I verify insurance benefits, provide status of claims, resolve billing disputes and keep record of customers' transactions.
