In my current job I focus on handling/communicating with suppliers. May it be negotiating with prices and contract terms, monitoring order's status, tracking deliveries. I also handles urgent matters by expediting deliveries, finding innovative solutions to critical problems. I'm also assigned in material planning, monthly reports, Purchase Order Issuance(Direct and Indirect Materials), maintaining records, and also payments to suppliers and other administrative tasks.
