I both run my own podcast and do freelance to edit others' podcasts.
Here is the list of what I will do,
~Remove excessive 'ums' and other filler words.
~Remove distracting background noises, clicks, loud breaths, and pops.
~Add into, mid-roll and outro.
~Sound Improvement. Equalize the audio levels and compress for a clear quality sound.
~Add ID3 Tags to further optimize your content.
~Write show notes and create an audiogram.
~Schedule and upload to your podcast hosting site.
