I am a Virtual Assistant with diverse experience in missionary service, technical work, and administrative support.

I served a full-time 2-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where I dedicated my time to non-profit service by teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to people from different backgrounds. Through this experience, I developed strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership skills while interacting with thousands of individuals daily.

After completing my mission service, I worked as an Air-conditioning Technician at Freonite Air-conditioning Services for 6 months. My responsibilities included troubleshooting, repairs, installation, and cleaning of air-conditioning units. This role strengthened my technical abilities, patience, attention to detail, and customer service skills while working directly with clients and resolving complex issues.

Recently, I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a year specializing in outreach and lead management. My responsibilities included sending initial and follow-up emails, LinkedIn outreach messages, and conducting outbound calls to secure speaking opportunities for the client. I also managed leads using CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel and used scheduling tools like Google Calendar to coordinate meetings with qualified and potential leads. This experience further enhanced my organizational abilities, communication skills, and professionalism in handling remote client interactions.
