I've been working in BPO industry for more than 6 years. My first BPO experience was an Outbound agent handling the following tasks:
1. Do outbound calls for diabetic patients,to qualify them for an appointment with our client in possibly switching their diabetic suppliers.
2. Do outbound calls for customers for possibly switching their insurance company.
3. Do outbound calls for customers who have Sleep Apnea, qualify them for an appointment with our client for
possibly switching their Sleep Apnea product suppliers.
I also worked as a customer service representative for T-Mobile for almost 2 years, performing the following tasks:
1. Do Credit check for potential T-Mobile customers, to see if they are qualified for our postpaid service.
2. Activate customers' postpaid plans.
3. Apply discounts for qualified T-Mobile customers.
4. Convert customers' flex pay plans to postpaid.
5. Migrate customers' postpaid numbers to prepaid.
6. Port customers' phone numbers from other telecommunication company to T-Mobile.
7. Provide updates to customers regarding their port request.
Next, I worked as a customer service representative for AT&T Uverse for more than a year, with the following tasks:
1. Address customers' billing concerns and let them understand the charges on their account.
2. Tailor-fit customers' needs and upgrade their service according to their needs.
3. Offer AT&T Uverse product to customers such as Cable, Internet, VOIP, and smartphones.
Also, I worked with Comcast for almost three years as Technical Support Specialist, with the following tasks:
1. Address customers' technical concerns with their cable and internet service.
2. Set technician appointment for customers for their cable and internet service.
3. Address customers' billing concerns.
4. Offer other Comcast service to existing Comcast customers.
I also had a stint as a Virtual Assistant for ten months, with the following responsibilities:
1 Do outbound calls for potential clients who are planning to sell their properties and verify their information.
2. Do outbound calls for students to confirm their scheduled class that includes their location.
3. Create
account.
4. Do basic research for properties that are for sale.
5. Data Entry jobs.
6. Manage calendars and
7.Create real estate and dental ads, and post it in MLS or other websites.
Finally, I also have experience as an online tutor for
foreign students, teaching them basic English.
