Hi! I Am Christie Anne Marban, 24 years old, from the Philippines. My top skills are administrative, customer support, and computer proficiency. I finished a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management, at PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College last year, 2023. I was a customer service representative at Teleperformance CDO for a seasonal account, where I learned that serving customers and helping them with their concerns is my passion. I was also an ESL Teacher at 51 Talk for six months, which I believe is also relevant to the position I am applying for, as I have learned the value of patience when dealing with different kinds of clients. I had my internship at PHINMA Cagayan de Oro College's Registrar, where I served as a records/administrative assistant. I learned to be ready to take on professional tasks. Just 10 days after graduating, I started working as a Customer Relations Officer at Toyota Cagayan de Oro for a year, where I learned the value of perseverance. For my skills, I am an expert in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams and Outlook, SAP, and graphic design tools like Canva. I am also fluent in English, verbal and written. And finally, I am equipped to deal with clients with the intent of giving customer satisfaction. I am optimistic about getting hired immediately and helping bring my client's business success.
