I was with a some BPO Company here in the Philippines with an international account. And I was able to work for a couple of years not just one company but three (2) companies. The account I was handling from my first BPO company was a telecommunication account under Verizon. Task is to help customer process their belling concern, technical problem with their mobile phone, home internet router etc.

I was able to work as an Admin support in LGU (Local Government Unit) handling the communities data, scheduling appointment for our Barangay Officials and also my personal schedule as I am also a public servant that time, keeping records of every materials, office supplies and even keeping an eye on the budgetary expense of the youth.

I was with WONDER TECHNOLOGIES CORP for two years as a Customer Service Representative. The account is Food order taking it is actually an international account. The task is to receive customers food order from some of the Japanese, Chinese and even Korean restaurant that are located in the US.

Been an Admin Support for almost 2 years in a Local Government Unit in our community. My everyday task is to Type in new data from the community, Processing expenditures, scheduling appointment, booking meetings Documents managing and managing office and other supplies.
