I am an all-around Shopify virtual assistant for 5 years, specializing in product listing/uploading, order fulfillment, and tracking orders, customer service(e-mail), and data entry. 

I am also a freelance graphic/web designer. I am proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Corel draw, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google docs/spreadsheets. With experience in Adobe Illustrator, HTML and CSS.

I am an IT graduate. I am tech-savvy and passionate about software, computer, and technology which is why I pursued a career in IT.
