- Oversee East Coast Site CSR’s (Savannah, Houston, Charleston, Jacksonville, New
Jersey, Norfolk Virginia)
- Sending reports (Internal/External)
- Enter work orders
- Track and Trace Containers
- Add and review rates for billable containers
- Invoice/billing containers containers
- Properly handling each concern from both internal and external
- Generating reports/ unbilled and billed report for the month for each site
- Monitoring and ensuring the team is doing very well
- Assist in handling customer escalations and provide appropriate resolutions in a
timely manner
- Provide guidance, direction, and support to tea
organizational targets and performance goals
- Check and process invoices each site
- Track and monitor attendance records, overtime, leaves
- Lead and supervise daily team operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Address team feedback, conflicts, and workplace issues in a timely and
professional
manner
- Train new employees on company standards, operational procedures, customer
service practices, and client interaction protocols
- Coordinate with the HR Department regarding leave applications, incident reports,
coaching logs, overtime trackers, and other internal documentation
Experience: 5 - 10 years
