Profile Description

I am easy to communicate with as well, I am very keen with details and critical with data at hand. I have always enjoyed research work, writing articles and essays as much as I enjoy reading novels, newspaper articles and the like. 

I worked at Intercontinental Hotels Group, as an RSA (Reservations Sales Agent). I took care of the reservations and special requests of guests and this just shows my background in customer service in which I have learned a lot about excellent staff and guest relationship, sales and marketing as well. 

I worked as a Virtual Assistant for Queensland Ray White. I managed tenancy applications and documentations for Property Managers, background checks and follow-up on tenants and their applications via calls and email. I also managed general administrative tasks like email sorting, photo documentation, creation of letter appraisal and handling of inbound calls for Property Managers. 

I also worked as a Commercial Secretary for Knight Frank Valuations South Australia. I did ad hoc tasks, organized emails, set appointments, draft and format reports for valuers and assist with property data as well as sending these out to clients. I did back-office support and research for valuers. I made sure that all tasks due for the day are complete and submitted. I am very knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools. I have also training in Prospecting calls and background in US Real Estate know-how. I also have basic Social Media Marketing skills and design.

I also worked as an Operations Specialist where I onboarded clients and VAs, answered client and VA enquiries, facilitated meet and greets between clients and their assistants, I managed client accounts/product purchases. I also have a background in recruitment and human resources as well as invoicing. I also have experience in Social Media Management, Podcast editing, and posting. I know how to use tools like Asana, Slack, Payfunnels, Clickfunnels, Kajabi, Active Campaign, Google tools. Audacity, Levelator, Canva, Loom and the like.

My experiences, my enthusiasm, and my positive outlook are great factors in my
development as a person and as your employee. I also believe that a strong foundation needs the participation of each member. I assure you my utmost involvement in group activities and work with you as a team player. I am highly trainable and a quick learner. I can perform in a lead capacity with excellent written and oral communication skills not to mention my value-based skills in decision-making, planning and organizing, multi-tasking and time-management, and enthusiasm to learn new things.
