I would like to describe myself as a highly motivated person, goal oriented-results driven and loves to take new challenges. I maintain a very positive attitude towards work which is very important in completing my tasks every day and hitting my goals with consistency.

With almost 5 years of working in BPO  which is the fastest growing industry, I have worked as  Accounts Associate for various BPO companies. I handled several accounts like Reservations, Sales and Customer Service. I also handled a financial account ( Mortgage Company). I was also promoted to a Supervisor for Sales account. I have background knowledge in Administrative tasks, research, data entry, and email handling. I am knowledgeable in using different tools or applications such as CRM, MOJO, Vulcan7, Five9, Google docs/spreadsheets, PDF, MS Word, and Excel. Currently, I work as a VA or ISA for a Real Estate Company (US Based) since 2016. I am an expert in cold calling, circle prospecting, setting appointments, expired and FSBO listings. I got promoted in 2021 as a team leader handling ISAs/Virtual Assistant doing different kind of task, cold calling to generate leads to our clients all across US (Expired, FSBO, Agent Recruitment, Buyer/Seller, Cash Offer). My role is to evaluate ISAs nurtures and coach if there are coaching opportunities, and I am also handling client's database/CRM. 

Working in BPO Industry for almost 5 years, I've been proficient in communication skills both verbal and written. I also learned to be flexible and do Multi-tasking. I can say I will be one of the company's assets because I am highly motivated, goal oriented, results driven and love to take new challenges. I will be glad to speak with you soon.
