I have been with big companies in the BPO field, and have acquired skills mainly in customer service and technical support. From handling multiple billing and general inquiries, to walking a customer thru trouble shooting steps. Not to mention, I have worked for different projects like AT&T U-Verse, Verizon HSI, Microsoft Xbox, and Sprint billing. Now, I am currently looking for a stable job that will give me new challenges and learning. I am fully committed to what I do and looking forward to a long-term employment
