Hi, My name is ALLEYA A. POCOT, 39 years of age. A Bachelor's graduate of a 4-year course at Holy Name University Tagbilaran City, Bohol Philippines. I experience working as an Executive Operations in Sales (Voice), where we book flights, hotels, and cars or as a package for 2 years at Aegis People Support in Cebu. I was also a Customer Service (Non-voice), where we assist customers to their concerns on their TV, Phone and Internet services with Frontier Telecommunications for 2 years at Ibex Global Solutions in Tagbilaran City.
My latest job was an Appointment Setter in a specific Company (Voice), where we engaged leads to educate them and assist them as well. There are 3 things in me that others don't have. I'm a HARDWORKING, if you give me a lot of tasks, I can work under pressure with quality. I'm CREATIVE, having a client needs to be resourceful, you need to find ways you to help them and find new ideas. I'm WILLING, I am willing because I want to learn new things that can benefit myself as well as the company to provide success! I believe that this is the right position and time for me. And this is what I have been waiting for!
