Handle incoming inquiries , issues/concern and request of user via ServiceNow (ticketing tool) , skype and email. • Remoting user computer via dameware , skype and teams application. • Create and disabled account via Active directory. • Create and provide access in mailboxes such as user mailbox, shared mailbox and room mailbox using Exchange admin center 2016 and migrating mailbox via office 365. • Create SAP system module and reset password in SAP. • Check user account if it’s at “risk” via Azure portal, we also use Azure portal to join the computer in domain and to check if the computer is in compliance. • Configuration of users Microsoft Multi Factor Aunthenticator (MFA) to connect in cisco anyconnect (VPN).

Managing Resources • Ensure a good overview of the resource capacity & utilization for project • Coordinate with the Team Leads to control resource utilization Project Planning and Finance • Ensure that the baseline in project timeline is setup before the project start. • Update timeline planning if necessary • Monitor the project progress • Ensure that the budget plan are correct thru coordination with project leader and controlling (if necessary)
