Profile Description

I was with Amazon for 2 years and 4 months as a Seller Support. I took calls and emails. I also do escalations. I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert. Our tasks, are assisting sellers, fixing listings with problems, manage orders and returns (FBA and Merchant). We do verifying lost and damaged inventory, Hazmat issues, A-Z claims, reply to buyer using Buyer-Seller Messages. I was also an Amazon Manger for 5 years wherein I managed different seller account. I can help you in a day to day operation, managing seller account, creating product listing using a flat file, creating variation, managing listing, fixing stranded/suppressed or inactive listing, fixing hazmat listing, creating shipping plans, creating coupons, process reconciliation, do reporting, monitoring health account, answering customer's email/ inquiry and other tasks, handling negative product review, I can also do pricing update, upload images or any changes on the listing and coordinating with both suppliers and freight forwarder company. I am looking for a permanent full time remote job. To balance work and life, as well. I’m willing to help you build your business by contributing my knowledge and skills.
