• CRM & Data Management (HubSpot, Manatal) – maintaining large-scale databases (500,000+ contacts), pipeline tracking, segmentation, data cleanup, and reporting accuracy

• Lead Generation & Sales Support (B2B) – prospecting via Apollo and LinkedIn, outbound and inbound outreach (calls, emails), lead nurturing, and supporting deal progression

• Client Communication & Coordination – handling inquiries, follow-ups, onboarding support, and maintaining clear communication across clients and internal teams

• Recruitment & HR Support – candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding documentation, and HRIS management (Sprout HR)

• Operations & Process Improvement – building SOPs, trackers, onboarding workflows, and systems that improve efficiency and team alignment

• Cross-Functional Support & Problem Solving – working with Account Managers, Recruiters, HR, and Executives to keep operations aligned and issues resolved quickly

I also run my own handcraft business, where I built operational systems, managed customer communication, handled order fulfillment, and maintained day-to-day business operations—giving me a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and real-world problem-solving.
